Originally from the Northeast, Brenden discovered his love for Charleston as a student at the College of Charleston where he majored in Corporate Communications. Following graduation in 2013, Brenden worked for two years in Washington, D.C. as Special Aide to the House Majority Whip.  In 2015, Brenden returned to Charleston to set down his roots and pursue a career in real estate investment. He served as Director of Operations for a vertically integrated real estate development company. Brenden currently serves as Director of Operations for CopeGrand Homes, a luxury home builder.  Brenden’s projects have included speculation building, construction management, historic renovation, and luxury vacation rental development. 

Brenden is delighted to bring his experience and passion for providing exceptional customer service to Carriage Properties, and is committed to building long-lasting relationships with his clients. Brenden is passionate about traveling, spending time on the water, and is an avid “foodie.”
