Just before the chaos of Hurricane Irma, Realtor® Bev Seinsheimer was blessed with a grandchild. Everett Porter Davison was born at 10:00pm on September 7th, after having been induced in preparation for the coming hurricane. Despite Irma quickly diminishing into a tropical storm for the Lowcountry, we are glad to hear of the precautionary decision to induce the birth and are equally glad that all are safe. Baby Everett weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and is roughly 20″ long.

Mrs. Bev Seinsheimer has been with Carriage Properties for over 14 years, since January of 2003. Everett is the first grandson and the second grandchild Mrs. Seinsheimer has welcomed into the family.
