2017 Realtors of Distinction

On April 24th, the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors will be holding their annual luncheon for a select few agents who have gone above and beyond in terms of sales. Depending on just how much an agent has sold, he or she fits into one of the following categories:

Silver: $7,400,000 – $13,199,999 in volume
Gold: $13,200,000 – $16,299,999 in volume
Platinum: $16,300,000+ in volume
Rising Star: $5,550,000 in volume

While there are more categories for agents who deal with commercial sales and property management, and education requirements not listed, the “circles” listed above are extremely prestigious and not easy to get into. The Carriage Properties office is incredibly proud of our agents who have worked hard to be named a Realtor of Distinction for 2017.
