Sharon Kucharski

Sharon was born and raised in the Midwest, graduated from the University of Arizona and has lived in Charleston for 30 years. She is a mother of three and currently resides on James Island. Sharon started selling real estate for Carriage Properties in 2003. During her career, Sharon has been awarded the Realtor of Distinction for her top sales multiple times. Sharon served as the president for The Realtors® Housing Opportunities Fund for two years. Her hobbies include cooking, walking on Folly Beach, collecting sharks’ teeth, bird watching, live music, the arts, and Mother Nature.
