Abby Gavalas

Born and raised in North Carolina, Abby moved to Charleston in 1992 to attend the College of Charleston. After 25+ years in publishing and sales with a strong focus on luxury brands/lifestyles, and now after nearly a decade as the sole proprietor and publisher of Charleston Inside Out Magazine–one of the Lowcountry's top guidebooks–it's fair to say that Abby truly does know Charleston "inside and out!" The wonderful city of Charleston has grown exponentially, and of course Abby has grown along with it, so it feels like a natural progression for her to aspire to bring her experience, deep sense of connection to the city, and professional expertise to the Charleston real estate industry. Abby and her husband, Nick, live in Mount Pleasant with their Chihuahua, Zipper T. Gavalas.
