Sharon was born and raised in the Midwest, graduated from the University of Arizona and has lived in Charleston for 30 years. She is a mother of three and currently resides on James Island. Sharon started selling real estate for Carriage Properties in 2003. During her career, Sharon has been awarded the Realtor of Distinction for her top sales multiple times. Sharon served as the president for The Realtors® Housing Opportunities Fund for two years. Her hobbies include cooking, walking on Folly Beach, collecting sharks’ teeth, bird watching, live music, the arts, and Mother Nature.
A native Charlestonian, Henry attended the Porter-Gaud School and graduated from the University of South Carolina. He began his career in real estate in 2010 and has worked in the field ever since. As a third-generation real estate professional, he is eager to use his knowledge of the area to assist potential clients with their needs. Henry is actively involved in the community and currently sits on the Advancement Committee for the Association of the Blind & Visually Impaired. He is also a member of Spoleto SCENE Steering Committee, the Gibbes Museum of Art, and the Charleston Library Society.
Beau is a 20-year veteran of the real estate market in Charleston. This has given him extensive market knowledge and the benefit of long-held relationships within the real estate industry.

Beau is a Lowcountry native and grew up on Pawley’s Island. After attending Episcopal High School and the University of South Carolina, he moved to Charleston, which has been home for the past 25 years. He has lived on James Island, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, and now resides Downtown. Living in various areas of Charleston has given Beau added insight for his clients. When not working, Beau enjoys family time with his wife and two children, as well as being outdoors either fly fishing or hunting.
A native of Charleston, Louise “Weesie” Warren Newton entered the residential real estate profession in 1992. Weesie is a founder of Women Making a Difference, a grant-making organization that provides financial assistance to local organizations that assist women and children. Since its inception in 2002, Women Making a Difference has generated more than $300,000 in grants to Charleston-based charities, and the organization’s momentum continues to grow.
In 2004 Weesie opened Fleet Landing with her husband, Tradd. The restaurant’s maritime-chic interior and unobstructed views of the Charleston Harbor have made it one of the peninsula’s most popular dining spots.
Weesie attended Ashley Hall and the Madeira School. She holds a B.A. in English from Tulane University in New Orleans. She and Tradd have three children.
Steve has always had a passion for real estate, and after a successful 25-year career in the medical device industry and real estate investing, he is excited to join the Carriage Properties team!
Steve’s personal real estate projects include renovating historic homes in St. Louis, Dallas, and right here in Charleston. Throughout his career, Steve has bought, renovated, and sold numerous homes across the country in various markets. Within the last 10 years, Steve has moved into the vacation rental business with projects in South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Tennessee.
Steve is excited to be back in Charleston where his family has resided for many years, and is thrilled to work alongside his wife, Laurie Tarleton. Steve and Laurie are currently renovating a pre-Civil War home in the beautiful Ansonborough neighborhood. When not working on their home, Steve and Laurie can be found enjoying the restaurant scene and all that Downtown Charleston has to offer.
Bev grew up in Alexandra, Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in nursing. After an exciting career in open heart surgery, Bev and her family moved to Charleston in 1980. She began her real estate career in 1988, specializing in historic properties and homes on the sea islands. Bev has been active in the Charleston community, serving on the boards of the Gibbes Museum of Art, the Charleston Stage, the College of Charleston, and the MUSC Heart and Vascular Board. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities Degree from MUSC in 2010. She is a member of Grace Episcopal Church. She has also been a member of the Executive Circle of the Charleston Trident Realtors of Distinction.
Originally from the Boston area, Noah moved to Charleston after a rewarding career in Derivative Trading spanning New York, Chicago, London, and Singapore. He came out of retirement to teach Finance at The College of Charleston as an adjunct professor, but found his true passion was for real estate. Having been a client of Carriage Properties on several transactions, he embarked on a career with the company, putting his extensive financial background to use for clients on both the residential and commercial sides. Noah loves spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their French bulldog, Brady, aptly named for Boston’s G.O.A.T. He is an avid golfer and total foodie.
Jane grew up in Charleston’s historic South of Broad neighborhood, and graduated from Ashley Hall and the College of Charleston. She remained a “single” Smith until she married Everett Lawson Smith, Jr., and became Jane Smith Smith. Growing her real estate career since 1991, she consistently sells in the multi-million dollar range annually and has been recognized as a Realtor of Distinction. Jane’s sincere and caring nature, thoroughness, and dependability has garnered a significant amount of repeat clients and referrals. She sells properties throughout the Charleston region, including: the downtown Historic District, Mount Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island, Daniel Island, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, and Wadmalaw Island. She has been a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and served on its Professional Standards Committee as both chair and vice-chair.
As an active supporter of her community, Jane is involved with the Alumnae Board of Ashley Hall, the Race for the Cure Committee, and the National Society of the Colonial Dames and First Families of SC. She and her husband are also longstanding members of First (Scots) Presbyterian Church.
Jane’s daughter, Jeanne Bucknam, has followed in her mother’s footsteps and is currently selling real estate in Manhattan, NYC, where she is a member of the Sotheby’s International Realty Company.
Jane and Everett recently purchased a house downtown that her grandfather built in 1916. It was of particular interest because her mother was born in the house in 1918. The couple spent a year renovating and restoring the house and are excited to finally be living there.
As a lifelong Charleston native, Bobby is passionate about Lowcountry living. After graduating from the College of Charleston, he spent nearly a decade serving as a public and private school educator. Eager to try something new in the community he loves, Bobby embarked on a career in Real Estate in the Fall of 2018. As the Marketing and Community Relations Consultant for Lerato, a large landowner in Carolina Park, Bobby worked as part of a team to bring recreation and commercial opportunities to one of the largest master-planned communities in Mount Pleasant. In the Summer of 2020, Bobby joined the Carriage Properties team as a residential Realtor®. Using an educational approach, he ensures clients fully understand each step of the home buying and selling process. He is committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish and beyond, working to build long lasting relationships. Bobby is actively involved in the greater Charleston community and serves as Chairman of the Board for Housing for All Mount Pleasant, a nonprofit working to bring attainable housing opportunities to Mount Pleasant. He currently lives downtown with his dog, BMO, and cat, Miko. He enjoys boating, exploring Charleston’s parks and beaches, and dining out with family and friends.
