Lindsay Malanos

A Charleston native, Lindsay began her professional career in education after earning her master’s degree from Clemson University. Inspired by her parents’ entrepreneurial spirit, she transitioned into real estate, combining her passion for helping others with her deep knowledge and love of the Charleston area.

Over the past 40 years, Lindsay has built a distinguished career in Charleston real estate. For much of that time, she worked with a premier boutique development firm, representing properties throughout the Lowcountry—from the historic charm of downtown Charleston to the coastal communities of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.

A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Lindsay has earned numerous professional honors, including Realtor of Distinction, and has served as president of the Million-Dollar Club. She has been part of the Carriage Properties team for over 10 years and is consistently one of the top selling agents at the company. Her extensive market expertise, dedication to her clients, and longstanding reputation for excellence have made her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of real estate, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to unique destinations, and exploring Charleston’s renowned dining scene with friends. She is a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and especially enjoys visiting Greece whenever she has the opportunity.
