Brandy Keener

A lifelong Charleston native, Brandy Keener graduated from Clemson University with a degree in mathematical sciences specializing in computer science. Her love and admiration for her beautiful city and its rich history naturally led her to pursue a career in real estate beginning in 2008.

Brandy’s 10+ years of luxury sales experience, combined with her specialized information technology and analytics background, give Brandy and her clients a real edge in today’s rapidly growing Metro Charleston area. An eye for detail and a skilled listener, Brandy quickly understands her clients’ needs, both listing luxury property or helping them find their dream home.

In 2018, Brandy was recognized and awarded the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing designation along with the Million Dollar Guild designation. She is also an active member of the Top Producers Club of Charleston.

Brandy and her husband, John, are community active, serving on numerous boards and supporting organizations, along with sponsoring many local teams, events and charities. They are owners of several local restaurants including the Charleston Crab House and the Oyster House on Market Street. Her hobbies include boating, oil painting, and spending time with her husband and three children.
