OCTOBER BRINGS DOUBLE DIGIT SALES INCREASE TO THE LOWCOUNTRY!

Despite the government shutdown in October, the Lowcountry had a double digit increase in sales compared to last October. According to Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, 1,020 homes sold with a median price of $190,000. In October 2012, 920 homes were sold with a median price of $185,000.

 

The first 10 months of 2013 has produced 10,897 home sales with the median price being $203,947. Carriage Properties has sold 98 properties with the median sold price at $807,500.
