CONDO SALES INCREASING AROUND THE LOWCOUNTRY!

Condo sales are up around the nation! According to The National Realtors Association, condo sales nationwide are up 8.9 percent through September. The condo sales are up 12 percent in Charleston County compared to 2012.

Carriage Properties has sold 29 condos so far this year, with our average sale price for a condo at $552,189. The average sold price around the Lowcounty is $170,827.
