The Charleston housing market is on the rise yet again! According the South Carolina Realtors, the state’s markets are “returning to normalcy.”

According to the statistics from January to September, the average amount of days it took for homes to sell in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties is 79. The average days for the state came in at 120 days.

The median price of a home sold in Charleston between January and September is $206,000. The statewide average comes to $157,000 during that period.

Carriage Properties beats both of those figures by having a median price of $781,250!
