Founding partner Charles Sullivan was the #1 producer on the Charleston peninsula, with over 37 sales inside of the crosstown at an average price of $1,793,000. Judy Tarleton, Melinda Laurens, and Lynn Hanlin ranked within the top 10 producers; Thomas Bennett and Justin Thomas within the top 20; Jane Smith and Adam Edwards within the top 30; Alton Brown and Kay Halsey within the top 40; Bev Seinsheimer and Lindsay Malanos within the top 50; Marty Byrd within the top 60; and Laurie Tarleton within the top 80.
