If you look closely during your next Sunday drive through Charleston, you might notice something different about Carriage Properties’ signature red for sale signs.

This past fall, we were accepted to Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a real estate network that not only gives our agents access to cutting edge real estate trends and analyses, but extends our ability to market our listings to audiences all over the globe. The grey bar at the bottom of our new signs, complete with our web address and Leading RE’s logo, is our proud way of announcing our new membership.

The access that this new membership gives us to the world’s top real estate companies is an added benefit for our clients here in Charleston. It allows us to connect them with real estate experts in other markets when looking for a home outside of the Holy City. Likewise, when LeadingRE realtors in others cities have clients looking for a home in Charleston, our agents are the first ones they call.

You might notice a second logo on our new signs next to that of LeadingRE. That’s the mark of Luxury Portfolio International, an affiliate organization of Leading RE that accepts a maximum of only two real estate companies per market based on the firms success with listings $1 million dollars and up. We were so honored to be accepted into this exclusive club and are excited for the ability to expand the marketing of our luxury properties with the wide-reaching resources of Luxury Portfolio.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending LeadingRE’s Annual Conference as well as Luxury Portfolio’s Summit at the Fontainebleu, Miami Beach, where our agents were able to attend panels filled with real estate experts from Milan, South Africa, St. Barth’s, and beyond. We also listened in on economic forecasts from internationally renowned journalists and befriended top realtors from cities across the globe.

Below are a few snapshots of our time in Miami—a beautiful city, but not quite as charming as our own Charleston!
