While our friends up north dealt with freezing temperatures this January, we were on fire at Carriage Properties. With over $25 million in sales, at an average price of over $1.7 million, Carriage outsold the competition. On more than one occasion, Carriage Properties was on both sides of the transaction, representing both the buyer and the seller.
