Carriage Properties had a very successful year in 2013! We had a 41% surge in sales volume in the Charleston Metro market. Our sales increased from $137 million in 2012 to $193 million in 2013. Carriage Properties also saw a 46% elevation in sales for the Metro Charleston $1 million plus category with 67 sales in 2013 versus 46 sales in 2012. We sold 196 properties in 2013 for a total sales volume of $197,726,754.

Carriage Properties also gained a new member to our team, Kay Halsey. She is a wonderful addition to our family! We are proud of every member of our team, each of whom contributed to our success! Some of our agents even achieved their “personal best” this year.
